    Can I buy shoes directly from Klaveness?

    No, we do not sell shoes directly from any of our facilities. Our webshop is also limited to B2B customers.

    Where can I purchase your products?

    Our products are sold through many different stores all over Scandinavia. You can find them here.

    Do you have any suggested retail prices?

    No, we don't, prices can vary geographically. Contact your local supplier for more information on prices in your area.

    In which sizes are the shoes available in?

    Most of our styles are available in whole and half UK sizes, from 2,5 to 10. Please consult the chart here for more detailed information.

    Do you produce and sell custom-made footwear?

    Yes, we do. If you think you need custom-made footwear, it is best to contact your GP for a professional assessment. He/she can refer you to a local orthopaedic clinic. Some countries refund patients with special adapted footwear needs.

    Can I change the buckles of my folklore shoes?

    Yes, you can change the buckles of all our folklore shoes. They can often be found in the same store you bought your shoes.

    Besides black, are there other colours for folklore shoes?

    Yes, besides black we provide blue and off-white folklore shoes, on selected styles.

    Do you sell children’s folklore shoes?

    No, unfortunately we do not have any specific children’s Folklore shoes in our selection.  
    The smallest size in our original women’s Folklore shoe collection is size 1½. 

    What can I do if I wish to raise a complaint on Klaveness purchased products?

    If you wish to return a Klaveness product bought from third-party retailers, you must contact the retailer you bought it from. They will be able to help you through the complaint process. Please note that the online Complaint form applies to retailers only. We can't process complaints received directly from consumers.
