Your main responsibility would be orthopaedic last design and manufacturing with overseeing the manufacturing process and quality. We expect you to have knowledge on most common problems and indications related to individual footwear, and custom-made foot orthotics should be familiar to you to design and manufacture. Knowhow on individual footwear design would be positive!
Klaveness orthopaedic last designer is expected to share knowledge internally and participate in customer training when necessary. As individual footwear is built on a custom-designed last, it would be required to know the footwear construction process and participate in developing our processes towards a more customer-orientated direction.
Our manufacturing unit Klaveness SA is located in Avintes, Portugal, where our team is waiting for you!

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for orthopaedic last design process.
- Design of individual foot orthotics.
- Planning and executing customer and internal training.
- Participation for developing our Individual Footwear processes to customer-orientated direction.

Desired qualifications:
Experience and proven record working in orthopaedic last design. Portuguese and English skills, written and oral. Good communication and presentations skills. Strong interpersonal competence and a drive to succeed. Excellent technical skills in Rhinoceros, and familiar with other 3D design software.

You will plan your "Frequency" travels to customer's with support from "One Klaveness Team".
As a Sales / Product Specialist you will be responsible for the sales of our medical shoe solutions that we offer to Orthopaedic Clinics in Northern Europe. You will have the complete portfolio to offer from the Klaveness branded shoe solutions. You will be part of a team that really want you to be successful by providing great shoe solutions for individual needs!

Main responsibilities:
- Work as part of the international Klaveness Team and support to build a better company. The team is always more important than the individual.
- Responsible for own customer accounts no matter where customer is located (local/international).
- Customer–oriented work. Establishing and maintaining good customer relationship.
- Develop existing customer relationships according to customer classification and acquiring new customers (You identify potential customer companies regardless of size).
- Planning and executing customer trainings, including preparing and submitting tenders.
- The target is to travel minimum 3 days a week and arrange minimum 2 customer visits a day during the sales peak seasons.
- Following up sales work – "Frequency" on present platforms.
- You are familiar with the work of Customer Service Team and can help them if necessary (You understand the importance of customer service as part of sales work as a team).

Desired qualifications:
Experience and proven record in sales and/or experience from working in an orthopaedic clinic (preferably orthopaedic engineer or similar). Experience and willingness to travel and train people with different background. Scandinavian (native) and English (fluent) skills, written and oral. Excellent communication and presentations skills. Strong interpersonal competence and a drive to succeed. Drivers licence for car. Good technical skills with usage of computer.
